Brovo Jammy Vermouth 750ml

I swapped this into my Manhattan on a whim, and the cherry and coffee notes balanced beautifully with the rye. It's a fantastic, affordable stand-in for the pricier stuff, and I'm already planning a batch of mulled wine with it.

Used this in a boulevardier last night and it brought a rich chocolate undertone I never got with other vermouths. The Merlot base gives it a smooth finish that works perfectly with rye whiskey.

The cherry and coffee notes are bold enough to stand up to a heavy whiskey pour, yet it still softens a sangria beautifully without getting lost. I’ve been reaching for it every weekend since the bottle arrived, and the Merlot base gives it a richness that feels far more expensive than it is.
