Hannah ★★★★★

That honey and caramel richness coats your mouth exactly as described, and the finish keeps that subtle sweetness going for ages. Poured it over a single big ice cube and it opened up beautifully with that fresh bread note.

David S. ★★★★★

That toffee and butterscotch on the nose is exactly as described, and the mouthfeel is incredibly rich. The honey and caramel sweetness lingers just long enough without being cloying. Easily one of the better barrel proofs I've had this year.

Abigail G. ★★★★★

The nose hits you with fresh bread and toffee right away, and the honey-caramel mouthfeel is genuinely thick and rich. That savory twist at the very end keeps the sweetness from getting cloying, so every sip feels complete.
