Monday Non-Alc Gin

I was honestly surprised by how well the juniper and citrus notes came through in a Negroni—it actually fooled a couple of friends during our seafood dinner. The botanicals feel complex enough to stand on their own without the burn of real gin.

Mixed a batch of these for a barbecue and even my beer-drinking friends were asking what was in the glass. That juniper and citrus hit is spot-on for a proper G&T, and I didn't miss the burn one bit. It's my new go-to when I'm hosting but still want to feel part of the party.

The citrus and spice notes really shine through in a simple tonic, and it pairs beautifully with the grilled salmon I had last night. It’s a solid stand-in for the real thing without the alcohol punch.
