The tropical aging in bourbon casks gives this rum such a rich, mellow character, and you can really taste the difference from the first sip. I've been using it in dark and stormies, and the vanilla depth from the cask finishing stands out beautifully.

I’m really impressed by how smooth this rum is—the double aging process gives it a rich, mellow finish that I wasn’t expecting. It works great in a simple rum and Coke, but I actually prefer it neat. Definitely a step up from my usual bottle.
