Opened this with some pasta and was blown away by how the berry fruit flavors kept their structure through the whole meal. Round tannins made it smooth enough to sip on its own after dinner too. Already planning to grab another bottle for next weekend.

The balanced tannins really held up against a hearty ragu, but it was smooth enough to sip on its own after dinner. For a medium-bodied Sangiovese, the berry fruit depth here surprised me—felt more layered than I expected for the price.
