Sans Liege "The Offering" Tinto

Opened this after letting it breathe for an hour and the texture is just gorgeous. That lush, soft mouthfeel carries all the herbal and earthy layers without feeling heavy. My go-to when I want a Rhone-style red that still has California generosity.

The blend of that classic California fruit with the herbal, earthy kick is exactly what I hoped for — it's lush and soft but keeps you interested with every sip. Opened it with dinner and finished the bottle before we even got to dessert, which says it all.

That herbal, spicy kick really sets this apart from other California reds I've tried. The body is soft and full, just like the description says. Only reason for 4 stars is I wish it had a slightly longer finish.
