I was pleasantly surprised by the texture—it's silky but with enough grip to feel substantial. The bright red fruit came through beautifully with dinner, and that real acidity kept every sip interesting. Definitely a solid pick for trying something new without breaking the bank.

The acidity on this Pinot really cuts through the richness of a roasted chicken dinner, and the texture has a silky grip you don't usually find under $30. Exactly the kind of new pour I was hoping for when I grabbed a bottle.
