The Persian lime leaves really come through in the aroma, and the blend of sweet and bitter oranges makes it complex without being syrupy. I've been using it in cocktails and even just sipping it over ice—it's fantastic.

I was skeptical about fruit liqueurs until this one—the bitter orange and spice combo is surprisingly balanced, not syrupy at all. A splash over ice with a twist of lime peel is my new evening ritual.
