Aviation Gin 750ml

Tried this neat first and was surprised how smooth it was—no harsh burn, just a gentle floral warmth. Mixed it into a simple gin and tonic and the sarsaparilla really balanced the bitterness. Definitely a new favorite for my home bar.

The lavender and cardamom come through beautifully in the finish, making a G&T taste a lot more interesting than usual. It's surprisingly smooth straight, too.

I was skeptical about the celebrity tie-in, but the lavender and cardamom come through beautifully without overpowering the juniper. It's floral and easy to sip, even for someone like me who usually sticks to vodka.
