The dry finish with those subtle herb notes makes this taste exactly like a sunny afternoon in the south of France. It's light enough to sip on its own but pairs beautifully with a simple salad.

That peach and white tea note is exactly what you get on the nose, and it stays bone-dry on the palate with a nice herbal kick from the Provence herbs. Poured a couple glasses for a light pasta night and it disappeared fast.
