Bissell X Barreled Souls What Dwells Within BA 大麥酒

Poured this one last night and the richness of the barrel aging really comes through—it's got that deep, warming complexity without being too heavy. The finish lingers nicely with just the right amount of oak. Definitely worth grabbing if you're into big, bold barleywines.

The deep, dark caramel notes from the barrel aging really come through in every sip, and it has a smooth, warming finish that's perfect for a cold night. I cracked it open to share with a friend and we were both impressed by the complexity.

Poured this one after dinner and the warmth hits immediately—it’s a barleywine, so that rich, boozy backbone is exactly what I wanted. The barrel character is bold but not overdone, leaving a smooth, lingering finish that makes the bottle disappear faster than expected.
