I opened this on a chilly evening and the soft fruit with chocolate hit just right—the light smoke lingers beautifully without overwhelming. It's deep and complex in all the right ways for a special occasion pour.

The toffee note is exactly as described—creamy and almost dessert-like—and the smoke stays subtle enough to let the fruit come through on the finish. I've had pricier 18-year-olds that weren't half this balanced, and the chocolate note keeps me coming back for another pour.
