Casa Noble Anejo 750ml

I cracked this open last night and the smoothness hit me right away, no harsh burn at all. The depth of flavor from that slow aging process is really something else.

The organic blue agave really comes through in the flavor, making each sip incredibly smooth without any harsh bite. I’ve been reaching for this bottle every weekend since I opened it.

This añejo has such a rich, oaky finish from proper barrel aging that it makes an excellent sipping tequila even for someone who usually mixes theirs. The smoothness really stands out compared to some others I've had.
