Claque-Pepin Calvados Reserve 750ml

The light baking spice really comes through on the finish, balancing the apple notes perfectly. I've been reaching for this after dinner almost every night since it arrived.

Poured a glass last night and the apple and foliage notes really come through, balanced perfectly by a warm oak finish. A smooth, rich sipper that makes a cold evening feel special.

The oak and light baking spice linger long after each sip, making it feel like a proper fall evening in a glass. I poured a small dram neat and the apple note stayed balanced, not syrupy or harsh. This 750ml bottle won’t last long at my house.
