Opened this on a Tuesday night expecting the usual Languedoc fruit bomb, but the structure surprised me — deep cassis with a firm, dry finish that begs for a steak. We killed the whole 750mL and bought a backup case the next day.

The 750mL bottle is perfect for a couple of dinners, and that sunny Languedoc character really comes through in the finish. It's got enough structure to stand up to a steak, yet it's smooth enough to sip on its own.

Poured a glass last night and that deep ruby color set the tone—the Languedoc sun really comes through in the fruit without making it jammy. Smooth enough to drink on its own but with enough structure to stand up to a grilled steak. This 750mL bottle didn’t last long at our table.
