迪科伊 卡本內蘇維濃

Opened this after dinner expecting just another everyday cab, but the smooth finish surprised me — it’s got that rich California depth without being too heavy. Poured a second glass before the food was even cleared.

The dark fruit and oak notes are exactly what I look for in a Cab, and this one’s got that smooth California finish that keeps me coming back. Pairs well with a steak dinner, and the bottle’s gone before I know it.

Poured a glass last night and was impressed by how smooth it was right from the first sip—no harsh tannins whatsoever. The California fruit really comes through without being overpowering. Definitely picking up another bottle this weekend.
