Delta 卡本內蘇維濃

That dried herb note really comes through on the finish, and the acidity keeps it from feeling heavy. Opened a bottle with roast chicken and it held up beautifully.

I found this one pairs perfectly with a hearty pasta dish—the ripe fruit notes balanced the tomato sauce really well. The dried herb finish lingered just long enough to make each sip satisfying.

The acidity really cuts through the richness of a slow-cooked stew, and that dried herb note lingers in a way that makes the last glass as good as the first. For the price, it punches well above its weight for a weekday bottle.
