Domaine De Grisy 布根地紅酒

This Pinot Noir really delivers on that cherry and cranberry brightness without being too tart. The subtle earth note at the finish gave it a nice complexity I didn’t expect from a Bourgogne Rouge.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the earth and spice notes balanced the bright cherry—it made the wine feel more complex than its price. Paired it with roast chicken and the soft tannins cut through beautifully. Definitely a bottle I’d buy again.

Opened this with dinner and the cherry and cranberry notes were exactly what we wanted. It's dry and crisp enough to stand up to roasted chicken, with those soft tannins making it easy to sip on its own too.
