That black cherry and chocolate combo really worked for me — it’s smooth but has enough grip to keep things interesting. I poured a glass with dinner and the pomegranate note came through nicely on the finish.

I was really impressed by how the pomegranate and leather notes balanced the fruitiness, and the smooth texture made it perfect for a cozy dinner. This bottle definitely exceeded my expectations for a Gamay.

The silky texture and those dark cherry notes really make this a treat. I just wish the leather edge was a bit more present to balance the fruit.
