I was a bit skeptical about cherry bitters, but a couple of dashes in my old fashioned really brought out a natural stone fruit note without making it taste like candy. Perfect balance for a dry cocktail.

I've been adding this to my old fashioneds and it gives a subtle cherry sweetness without being syrupy. The red fruit note comes through nicely and balances the bitterness of the whiskey.

The stone fruit note is exactly what I wanted—it rounds out the red fruit without any boozy bite. I’ve used it in a plain soda and a cocktail, and it’s subtle enough to not overpower either.
