弗洛熱爾格城堡 S 特釀

I opened it with some lamb chops last night, and that deep blackberry and cassis note really came through nicely. The finish is pleasantly earthy without being too heavy.

That olive-and-leather savoury edge sets it apart from most Côtes du Rhône I've tried — it's rich without being heavy, and the blackberry fruit stays bright underneath. Opened one for a casual weeknight dinner and we finished the bottle before the pasta was gone.

The blackberry and cassis flavors really come through, with a nice earthy hint of olive and leather that I wasn’t expecting. It paired perfectly with my roast lamb last weekend and the whole bottle disappeared fast.
