Had it with grilled lamb chops last night and the wild herb notes really shone through, pairing beautifully. The velvety texture makes it dangerously easy to sip even without food. Definitely grabbing another bottle soon.

That dark cherry note comes through beautifully with a finish that lingers just long enough. Poured a glass alongside some grilled lamb chops and it held up perfectly, soft and smooth the whole way through. This one's earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

I wasn't expecting such a soft, velvety texture from a red wine, but it really delivers—pairs perfectly with grilled lamb chops.
