Giffard Creme De Framboise 750ml

Mixed a bit into lemonade for a quick raspberry spritzer and the vibrant berry flavor really popped. It’s sweet but not syrupy, and the smooth finish made it dangerously easy to sip on its own.

Poured this over vanilla ice cream last night and the rich berry flavor really came through without being syrupy or artificial. The smooth finish makes it perfect for sipping neat on a quiet evening too.

I’ve been using this in my gin cocktails and a tiny splash turns them a pretty pink while adding that sweet, jammy raspberry kick. The smooth finish means I can even sip it on its own over ice, which I didn’t expect from a liqueur this vibrant.
