Hess Select 夏多內

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the vanilla notes come through without being too sweet, and it pairs nicely with a simple weeknight pasta. The crisp apple finish cuts the buttery texture just enough to make it feel refreshing rather than heavy.

This Chardonnay has just the right balance of buttery richness and crisp apple tartness — exactly what I was hoping for. Poured a glass with dinner and it paired beautifully without being too heavy.

The citrus and vanilla notes come through exactly as described, making it feel richer than its price point. I’ve been sipping it with roasted chicken and the buttery finish keeps pulling me back for another glass.
