Hirsch BIVOUAC Bourbon 750ml

The stone fruit sweetness balances beautifully with the honey finish—such a smooth, easy sipper. I’ve been enjoying it neat after dinner, and the texture is noticeably richer than other bourbons I’ve tried. Definitely worth picking up.

That maple pecan note is the star for me—it’s so distinct and balanced against the stone fruit. Pours a gorgeous amber and coats the glass nicely, which I always look for. Really smooth finish, too.

The honey and vanilla come through so smoothly, with just a hint of pecan on the finish. Poured a couple fingers neat and it was dangerously easy to sip.
