Opened it with dinner and the minerality is truly something special—it’s got that chalky finish that lingers perfectly. The half-hectare vineyard really shows in the depth of flavor; you can taste the care from the next generation. Definitely worth the hunt for a Premier Cru at this price point.

The limestone influence is unmistakable here—gives it that laser-like focus while still feeling rich and round. Opened one last night and it had this gorgeous tension between the minerality and fruit that kept me coming back for another sip. Already planning to grab another bottle.
