The bright meyer lemon and green apple flavors are so crisp and fresh, and the balanced acidity makes it pair effortlessly with seafood. I opened it with a light pasta dish and it was a perfect match.

I was pleasantly surprised by how the honeysuckle notes come through without being too floral. It paired perfectly with a lemon chicken dish last night, and the acidity cut through beautifully. Definitely a wine I’ll buy again.
