拉克雷瑪蒙特雷夏多內

The honeydew and key lime really come through on the palate, and that river stone mineral note on the finish gives it a nice, unexpected edge. We finished the bottle way faster than planned, it's just that easy to sip on its own or with food.

Opened this for a casual weeknight dinner and the grilled pineapple and citrus blossom on the nose really pulled me in. The honeydew and key lime came through on the sip, and that touch of river stone minerality kept it from feeling too heavy. Finished the whole bottle without noticing.

The white peach and key lime flavors came through exactly as described, with a buttery finish that made it perfect for sipping solo. I opened it with grilled salmon and the honeydew melon note balanced the smoky char really well.
