Opened a bottle last night with lamb chops and the garrigue notes—rosemary and thyme—jumped right out, perfectly complementing the meal. That sandalwood and white pepper finish gives it an elegance I wasn't expecting from such a big red. Already ordered another case.

The black raspberry and mocha notes are beautifully balanced, making this feel both bold and refined. I opened it with a lamb roast and the sandalwood finish lingered perfectly. It’s a big wine that somehow stays elegant.
