Cracked this open after a long week and the bubbles are just what I needed—persistent and lively. That dry, crisp finish makes it dangerously easy to keep sipping on the couch.

I bought this for a dinner with friends and the persistent bubbles held up nicely through the first glass. It’s dry and crisp, exactly what I wanted for casual sipping, though I wish the floral scent were a bit stronger.

The floral nose comes through nicely, and it’s dry enough to sip without feeling heavy. I just wish the bubbles lingered a bit longer in the glass, but for a casual pour it does the job.
