The butterscotch and maple notes come through perfectly without being overly sweet, and it's smooth enough to sip neat. I've been enjoying it in an old fashioned with just a dash of bitters.

The butterscotch and maple notes come through beautifully without being cloying, and the demerara sugar base gives it a richer body than I expected. Poured it over ice after dinner and it was dangerously easy to sip on.

I was skeptical about maple rum, but this one's aged in Wood's Verm barrels adds a smooth, oaky finish that balances the tropical fruit notes perfectly. The butterscotch flavor lingers just enough without being cloying.
