This Pouilly-Fuisse has that perfect balance of minerality and fruit I look for in a white Burgundy. It’s complex enough to sip on its own but paired beautifully with a simple roasted chicken.

This Pouilly-Fuisse has just the right amount of oak—it’s there but doesn’t overpower the fruit. I served it slightly chilled with a simple roast chicken and the whole bottle disappeared. Definitely a great find for the price.

The delicate balance of fruit and oak makes this perfect with grilled fish. I served it slightly chilled and the complexity really opened up over the meal.
