Mer Soleil Silver Unoaked Char

The bright minerality really comes through in this Chardonnay, making it feel crisp and clean on the palate. Paired perfectly with a light pasta dish last night, and the 700ml bottle was just right for two glasses each.

I'm not a big oaked Chardonnay fan, so the bright minerality in this unoaked version was exactly what I was hoping for. It felt crisp and clean on the palate, perfect with seafood. Already ordered another bottle.

Poured this for a dinner party and everyone asked what it was before the first glass was even empty. The bright minerality gives it a crisp, almost coastal edge that cuts through richer dishes, though it's plenty smooth on its own. I'll be grabbing another bottle or two for the next gathering.
