Olive It 墨西哥辣椒與藍紋起司

These stuffed olives are a fantastic shortcut for adding a punch of heat and creamy tang to a cheese board. I just tossed them into a simple martini and the brine gave it such a unique kick.

I was a little worried the blue cheese would overpower everything, but it's actually a nice creamy counterpoint to the jalapeno kick. The olives stay firm and briny, so they hold up well on a toothpick for a party tray.
