Olive It 洋蔥

They’re briny and punchy without any booze, which makes them perfect for martinis when you want the dirty vibe but not the hangover. The 10-ounce jar lasted through a full weekend of bloody marys and I’m already eyeing a second order.

The brine in this jar has just the right tang to wake up a Bloody Mary without overpowering it, and the onions stay crisp even after the jar's been open for a couple weeks. I've been tossing a spoonful onto salads and sandwiches too, and it's become my go-to savory shortcut.

The 10-ounce jar is just the right size for stocking the bar cart without taking up too much space. These onions add a nice savory kick to my dirty martinis without any boozy taste.
