The floral nose is so bright and inviting, and the mineral notes on the palate give it a lovely, complex backbone. Enjoyed it with roasted chicken.

The nuttiness and cream on the finish really make this Burgundy stand out for me. Opened it with a simple roast chicken and the mineral notes cut through beautifully. Definitely my go-to for a weekday splurge.

The floral nose is exactly what you get on the pour, but the mineral and nutty depth on the palate is what really makes this stand out for a weekday bottle. That creamy texture lingers nicely without feeling heavy, and it paired beautifully with a simple pasta dish.
