削皮刀（附刀鞘）

I was pleasantly surprised by how sharp the blade was right out of the box—it sliced through a lemon garnish with zero effort. The compact size is perfect for my bar setup, and the sheath means I can toss it in a drawer without worry.

The sheath is a nice touch—it keeps the blade safe when I toss it in my bar drawer between uses. Cuts through citrus and small garnishes cleanly, and the compact size fits right in my hand without feeling bulky.
