Podere La Pace Merlot

That cinnamon note really comes through on the finish, which I wasn't expecting from a Merlot. It pairs beautifully with a hearty pasta dish—so glad I grabbed a few bottles for the cellar.

The dark stone fruits hit first, but that cinnamon and roasted walnut finish really lingers beautifully. I’ve had a lot of Merlot, and this organic Tuscan one stands out for its dense, complex layers.

Opened this bottle last night and the dark stone fruit depth is incredible for an organic wine. It’s dense without being heavy, and that cinnamon really lingers on the finish.
