Quintarelli Primofiore Red 2021

I opened this bottle expecting a typical red blend, but the air-drying process really gives it an extra layer of depth in the dark fruit and spice notes. The flavors linger nicely, and it paired beautifully with a simple herb-crusted steak. Definitely a bottle I’ll grab again.

The mushroom and herb notes from the barrel aging really come through beautifully — it’s complex without being too heavy. This is perfect with a hearty pasta dish.
