Real Mccoy 12yr Rum 750ml

That orange zest really cuts through the rich spice and tobacco finish, making every sip interesting. I’ve been nursing this bottle for weeks and the flavor just keeps opening up.

The caramel and wood notes hit perfectly together, and the hint of tobacco gives it a nice complexity that lingers. Poured a little over ice and it opened up beautifully, exactly what I was hoping for after a full 12 years of aging.

I’ve been sipping this over the past week, and the orange zest note really pops through the oak and spice—it’s a lot more balanced than I expected. The tobacco hint lingers nicely on the finish without being harsh.
