Richvale Cloud Juice 橘酒

Opened this with sushi and it was the perfect match—the tropical fruit notes came through bright and juicy, while the skin contact gave it just enough grip to stand up to the soy sauce. Gone in one sitting, which says everything.

The skin-contact fermentation gives this orange wine a lovely tannic grip that balances out all that juicy peach and tropical fruit. It paired beautifully with a simple grilled fish dinner. Definitely has more structure than your typical white.
