里瓦玫瑰 粉紅氣泡酒

Such a lovely, lively rosé—the fine mousse finish makes it feel really elegant without being heavy. I brought a bottle to brunch and everyone asked what it was. The strawberry and raspberry notes come through beautifully, and that hint of spice gives it just enough complexity.

The strawberry and raspberry flavors are perfectly balanced, not too sweet at all. I was impressed by the fine, persistent bubbles—it made the whole experience feel elegant without being heavy.

Opened this for a quiet night in and the strawberry and raspberry notes came through just as bright as the description promised, with a nice spice kick at the end. The fizz stayed lively through the whole glass, and that fine mousse finish made it feel more polished than most sparklers I’ve tried.
