The crisp apple and lemon notes hit right away, making it feel more like a high-end Prosecco than a Ukrainian sparkler. I've served it twice at dinner parties and everyone asked where I found it. That Telti-Kuruk grape brings a surprising minerality that keeps you coming back for another sip.

I was pleasantly surprised by the minerality in this sparkling brut—it’s so crisp and refreshing. The apple and lemon notes are bright without being too sweet. A fun, novel find that’s definitely worth trying.

That Telti-Kuruk grape is a real find — the peach and lemon notes hit upfront, but that crisp mineral finish keeps it from feeling sweet. Poured a glass for friends who usually stick to prosecco and they were genuinely impressed.
