Timmermans Lambicus Blanche 375ml Bottle

That subtle tartness cuts right through the wheat, making it dangerously easy to finish the whole 375ml bottle. I’ve had plenty of fruit beers that are cloying, but this one stays bright and refreshing from first sip to last.

The 375ml bottle is the perfect size for one relaxing evening, and the smooth wheat finish hides the lambic tartness beautifully. I'm really impressed by how refreshing it tastes on its own.

This lambic has a much more subtle wheat character than I expected from a white beer, which I really enjoyed. The 375ml size is just right for a light, fruity pour after dinner without committing to a full bottle. Definitely a refreshing change of pace from heavier Belgian styles.
