Tozai Living Jewel Sake 720ml Bottle

The herbal and white pepper notes on the finish make it really interesting, not just another sweet sake. Pairs perfectly with light sushi—the clean finish lingers just enough.

I was pleasantly surprised by the white pepper note on the palate—it gives the sake a subtle kick without overpowering the citrus and herbal finish. Perfect for sipping chilled on a warm evening.

The anise and sweet rice aroma is what sold me—it’s surprisingly delicate, and the clean finish makes it perfect for sipping slowly with a light dinner. I’ve already gone through half the bottle in two days.
