That coastal salinity really comes through on the finish, making it feel more complex than your typical buttery chardonnay. I served it with grilled halibut last weekend and the pairing was spot-on.

The orchard fruit and citrus blossom are so well balanced, and that gentle oak just adds a creamy texture without overpowering anything. I opened it with a simple roast chicken and it was the perfect companion for a cool evening.

The coastal salinity really comes through on the finish, which keeps it refreshing rather than heavy. I’m usually wary of oaked Chardonnays, but the texture here is so subtle it just rounds everything out nicely.
