Velho Barreiro Cachaca 1L

Finally a cachaca that tastes authentic—that raw sugarcane flavor really comes through and makes a killer caipirinha. The 1L bottle is great value for how often I use it.

The earthy, vegetal nose is exactly what I wanted for a more authentic caipirinha — it cuts through the lime and sugar beautifully without being harsh. Took my home cocktail game up a notch.
