Opened it with dinner last night and immediately noticed that Burgundian weight and minerality—it really does drink like a Meursault. The lees contact gives it a beautiful richness without being heavy. This is exactly why Oregon Chardonnay deserves the hype.

This has that unmistakable Oregon structure—mineral but with a roundness I usually only get from white Burgundy. The finish lingers nicely, which I wasn’t expecting at this price point. Solid proof that the region can hang with the classics.

The lees aging gives it that rich, creamy texture you'd expect from a top-tier Burgundy, and the finish just goes on forever. I've been working my way through a case and each bottle has that same beautiful balance. Definitely one of Oregon's finest.
