I served this slightly chilled last night and the cool almond finish really balanced out the raspberry notes perfectly. It's exactly the kind of light, low tannin red I've been looking for.

The violet and raspberry notes hit you right away, but that almond undertone gives it a nice complexity. Perfect for a light summer red.

Popped this in the fridge for twenty minutes and served it with a casual pasta night — the raspberry and violet notes really come alive when it's cool, and that almond/savory finish keeps it interesting. It's so light and low tannin that it went down almost too easy, honestly.
