Opened it for a quiet Tuesday dinner and the cherry-licorice came through beautifully, balanced by that classic tar note. The acidity kept it lively with food, and the rose on the nose lingered just right. Probably the most honest Nebbiolo I've had in a while.

That rose note hits you right away, then it settles into something earthier, almost like worn leather. Opened it with a simple pasta dinner and the balanced acidity cut through everything perfectly. This is my new go-to for weeknight Italian.
